What information do I need to provide to apply for financing?
Applying for landscape, hardscape, robotic mower, or sprinkler system financing requires homeowners to supply proof of income, basic financial information, and other relevant details. If you’ve applied for personal loans in the past, the process should feel familiar.
What if I can’t get qualified for the full amount that I need?
We can help you find a way to have your project completed over time. For example, we may make recommendations to do the project in phases to reduce the size and scope of your project. We’re happy to work with you to find a compromise. Project loans range from $1000-$250,000.
How is my interest rate determined?
Interest rates on project financing are determined by loan term, loan amount, credit profile, and the market. Homeowners will have a choice of loan terms that affect their final rate. In general, the shorter the term, the lower the interest rate.
Does financing rely on my equity in my home?
Unlike a home equity line of credit, our financing services do not rely on the equity you’ve built in your home. You can get project financing for your home, even if you still owe a significant portion of your mortgage.

Mears Landscaping was a miracle worker! Their crew worked in our backyard to clear some invasive vines that had been growing for 20 years! They also trimmed and cleared other plants, weeds and leaves that should have been dealt with long ago! And they worked their magic in a day and a half! Mears also put down fresh soil, plastic sheeting and mulch for winter. They’ll be back in the spring to landscape the area! My thanks to Will Mears and the crew for the great job.
