Will Mears started mowing with the family push mower when he was just 11 years old. After discovering he had a passion for helping customers make their outdoor living spaces more enjoyable and beautiful, he decided to expand his knowledge and education in the lawn care business. Will attended Johnson County Community College and the University of Arkansas, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture and a Minor in Agricultural Business.
Our STORY
After working in the lawn care industry for more than a decade and earning his degree, Will formed Mears Mowing in 2013. Will's core value of providing dependable service to his customers has been the backbone of what we do. Our priority is to treat every lawn as if it were our own. We take great pride in our work because we know that you take great pride in your home. It is these principles that have helped our company continue to grow.
In 2019, we changed our company name to Mears Lawn & Landscape to better reflect the services we provide to our customers. Today, Will, along with his wife Danielle, and our dedicated team members operate Mears Lawn & Landscape. While our company has grown and evolved, our mission has stayed the same: To provide dependable service, while we create a beautiful, sustainable environment and serve God by acting as a steward for the community.
